About Us
Jintan City Hongtu Rubber and Plastic Product Co., Ltd. is located in Yangtse Delta, a economically developed area, in which there are outstanding persons and rich natural resouces. It's near Jintan east exit of the Yanjing Highway, very convenient traffic environment. Our company covers an area of 15000 square meters, has fixed assets of 15 million RMB, and annual production ability reaches 50 million RMB.Our company's predecessor is Jintan City Shuibei Hongtu Rubber Factory.
We provide our products to Nanjing Automobile Group Corporation, Zhejiang Wanxiang Group, Hangzhou Fuding Traffic Equipments Co., Ltd., Nanjing (Korean)LG Group, Whirlpool(Hisense) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sanda Group, etc. Meanwhile, we also exports goods to korean, India, Iran and some other countries. Our main products are auto half-shaft damper, stationary ring bushing, various shockpad, non-standard seal, and standard oil seal, o ring,etc. We can accept development and production of customers' special products.
There are around 100 common workers, 20 engineering technicians and 30 management persons. Main equipments: 12 sets of auto injecting and pressing machines, 5 sets of 200T vacuum vulcanizing machines, 13 sets of 200T plate vulcanizing machines, 10 sets of below 100T plate vulcanizing machines, complete refining rubber equipments and rubber physical property inspection equipments.
At the same time, our company established whole system of development, detection, inspection, marketing and service, such to ensure quality under strict control. Till now we have won ISO14001:2004, ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949 and National Seal License.
